Transco is seeking a partial path turn-back of up to 500,000 Dt of existing FT capacity from Station 30 to Station 65 (Zone 1 to Zone 3). Such turn-back would be effective sometime in 2020. The turn-back capacity would be posted in an open season at max rate. In the future, if available, the capacity may be used in conjunction with one or more Transco expansion projects under which Transco may consider offering negotiated rates.
