Subject: Southeast Louisiana Lateral Production - Update

Transco has completed the post storm inspections of its offshore facilities on the Southeast Louisiana Lateral (SELA).  Effective Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 9:00 AM CT producers may resume flow to Transco on the Southeast Louisiana Lateral.  Third party gas processing (North Terrebonne Gas Processing Plant) straddling the Southeast Louisiana Lateral (SELA) is expected to begin processing as flows increase.  Delivery locations connected to SELA north of Station 62 may experience higher than normal BTU values until that third party resumes processing.
