Subject: Firm Transportation Service Offering on Transco

Pursuant to Section 49 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC’s (Transco’s) FERC Gas Tariff, Transco announces that from 10:00 a.m. CCT June 25, 2018 until 10:00 a.m. CCT June 27, 2018, Transco will consider requests for firm Part 284 transportation service under its Rate Schedule FT for up to 275,000 dt/day of capacity on Transco’s mainline, which will become available on Atlantic Sunrise Project facilities, with a primary path from Transco’s CPH River Road (Location No. 9009729) located in Transco’s Zone 6 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to Transco’s Pooling Station 85 (Location No. 1000105) located Transco’s Zone 4 in Choctaw County, Alabama for the period from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018.

Any party desiring to request firm transportation service pursuant to this announcement must provide to Transco within the above stated period a completed request form and, if necessary, evidence to demonstrate creditworthiness as set forth in Section 32 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco's FERC Gas Tariff.  Click here for credit application.  Transco will not accept any bid for less than the full contract path identified in the first paragraph above. Receipt by Transco of a properly completed request form and necessary creditworthiness information during the specified period shall constitute a Complete Request and shall be considered a binding offer by such party.  Click here for Bid Form. Please use the comments section of the bid form to specify the minimum quantity requested.  Minimum quantity specified should be less than or equal to the full quantity requested.

Transco will evaluate all Complete Requests and determine the best bid(s) in accordance with Section 49.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions.  Transco may consider, but will not be obligated to accept, reservation rate bids that are for less than the applicable maximum Rate Schedule FT – Atlantic Sunrise Project reservation rate (currently $0.77442/dt/day) as stated in Transco’s currently effective FERC Gas Tariff, as amended from time to time.  In addition, all applicable maximum commodity charges, surcharges, gathering charges and fuel under Rate Schedule FT – Atlantic Sunrise Project will apply.

If Transco does not receive and accept bids for the full amount of the available capacity during the open season period, then Transco will, after the open season, receive bids for any remaining unsubscribed capacity on a first come, first served basis.
