Subject: Update: Job #234 2021 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

As previously announced (Notice ID 11585392), Transco’s Job #234 as referenced in Transco’s Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary is currently scheduled to begin May 1, 2021.

Receipt and delivery meters associated with Leidy Dominion, Location ID 1006161, and receipt and delivery meters associated with National Fuel Leidy and Wharton, Location ID 1007065 and 1006325 will not be available for physical flow to or from the Transco system due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned maintenance activity.

Quantities available for scheduling at some of the listed locations will be dependent on displacement combinations that may not be known prior to the day of flow. The total scheduled delivery quantity from Transco to Leidy Dominion, Location ID 1006161 will be limited to Traditional Primary-Firm deliveries only and the quantity available for delivery must also be equal to or less than the total scheduled receipt quantity. The total scheduled delivery quantity from Transco to National Fuel Leidy and Wharton, Location ID 1007065 and 1006325 must also be equal to or less than the total scheduled receipt quantity at these locations.

Storage injections provided under Rate Schedule GSS, LSS and SS-2 may be limited and the quantity available will vary daily depending on system conditions and available displacement opportunities. Transco does not anticipate any restrictions on GSS storage withdrawals.

This planned work will significantly reduce Transco’s ability to manage “Due To “(long to the pipeline) imbalances. An Imbalance OFO, (Notice ID 11601953) will become effective May 1, 2021.

Retroactive transactions will not be available at the locations listed in the table below.

These locations will be included on future Market and Production Constraints notices and updated daily as needed to reflect the currently available quantity for scheduling at these locations.
