Subject: System Operating Conditions

Transco has recently provided notice of limited flexibility to manage imbalances, and strongly encouraged all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily. 

Mild weather conditions and associated lower gas demand is forecasted across most areas of the Transco system for the weekend. Transco again strongly encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily. Specifically, shippers are encouraged not to create “Due To” (long to the pipeline) imbalances or over-supply their system requirements in an effort to resolve “Due From” (short to the pipeline) imbalances.

Transco may be required to issue an Operational Flow Order (OFO) to ensure the operational integrity of the system. Additional notice prior to the effective time of any further required action, including the issuance of an OFO, may not be available.
