Subject: Notice of Force Majeure Event - Unplanned Equipment Outage Station 115

Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides notice of a Force Majeure event related to equipment failure resulting in an unplanned outage at Transco’s Compressor Station 115.

On January 08, 2020 Transco experienced an unplanned shutdown of unit #2 at its Compressor Station 115 in Coweta County, Georgia. Ongoing efforts to evaluate necessary repairs for unit #2 have required the entire compressor station to be removed from service. This repair evaluation is planned to be complete on Saturday, January 18, 2020. Once complete, the remaining two units will become available and unit #2 will be isolated from the station and will remain out of service until further notice. Transco is currently assessing the potential impact of this force majeure event.

Although the damage to this compression facility creates the potential for interruptions in service, interruption to primary firm services is currently not anticipated. If interruptions to primary firm services are required, additional 1Line notices will be provided detailing those interruptions.

During periods of higher system demand, non-primary services, including interruptible (IT), secondary FT and non-secondary reverse path (NSRP) will be limited and likely unavailable at the Station 90 Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) and if needed, a new TSB at Station 115.

We will keep you apprised of any additional developments when they occur. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Commercial Representative.
