Subject: Changes to 1Line - Effective 05/01/2024

To:    Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC Customers, Shippers and Operators

Changes to 1Line will be put into effect on the evening of Wednesday May 01, 2024.  A summary of these changes follows. As a result of this planned update, the system may be unavailable from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Measurement Change Email New Level of Detail

At the request of the customer community, Transco has added a new level of detail to the measurement change emails. Previously measurement changes were reported at the parent location level (aggregated locations or VADs). With this added improvement, measurement changes will now be reported at the child level meter detail.

Changes to the Dashboard

To align with current business practices and improve the 1Line dashboard the Commercial Development and Transportation Services contacts have been separated. This will allow aid in the contact with the proper Representative for your specific needs.

The following are affected by the new WSS-OA tariff filings:

The FOS for WSS – OA and ISS has been updated to reflect the Market Base Rate (MBR) changes.

WSS-OA capacity will not be allowed to be released greater than a year or be allowed to be released as a percentage (%) of max due to the service only having Market Base Rates.

Rate Schedule WSS-OA has been updated to include Safe Harbor language when Force Majeure is declared.

If Pipeline control allows excess WSS-OA storage, then Shippers will be allowed to do Authorized Overruns for injections and withdrawals. The excess will be scheduled as an injection or withdrawal for volumes beyond the MDIQ and MDWQ on transaction type TT12 (Authorized Injection Overrun) or TT13 (Authorized Withdrawal Overrun).

We hope that you find these changes helpful in conducting your business with Transco. Please contact your Transportation Services Representative for any questions.
