Subject: Update Washington Storage Semi-Annual Outage: Job #123181 2024 Planned Outage and Maintenance

Transco’s Job #123181, as referenced in Transco’s Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary is currently postponed until further notice. Transco will provide an update with the new scheduled dates as soon as possible.

During this period, Station 54 and the associated Washington storage facility will not be available to complete DOT required testing and other maintenance activities. Services under all WSS rate schedules may not be available during this period due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned equipment outage. 

Transco requests all WSS storage customers not to provide any quantities for injection under any WSS rate schedule during this period. The scheduling of WSS withdrawal services is not expected to be impacted. If Transco is required to restrict WSS injections, additional advance notice may be limited. 

This work will also reduce system flexibility, it is recommended all parties maintain a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
