Subject: Update Job 945703 Station 515 2023 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco has provided notice of a planned outage at its Station 515. Job # 945703 on the 2023 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary will require Station 515 to be off-line for activity associated with work as part of Transco’s Regional Energy Access expansion project. This planned work is scheduled from September 06, 2023, through September 25, 2023.

During this period of maintenance, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving west to east through Station 515 will not be available.

Operating Conditions resulting from this work may also require Transco to limit primary-firm transportation services moving west to east through Station 515. Any limitations to primary-firm and the total quantity available will be contingent on utilization and system conditions during the maintenance period. Transactions moving east to west through Station 515 will not be impacted.

The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at Leidy Line milepost 81.70 (Station 515) will be used to manage the availability of transportation services during this planned work and will be included on a Market and Production Area constraint notice if reductions to primary-firm are required.

Receipt locations on the “Top of Diamond” portion of Leidy line “A” will also require scheduling limitations during the Station 515 planned outage. Transco will utilize the Leidy Line Aggregate Receipt location (1Line Location ID 9007682) to manage the total available receipt quantity.
