Subject: Update: Job 880700 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary - Leidy Line Inspections

Transco’s Job #880700, as referenced in Transco’s 2023 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary, is currently scheduled to begin July 6, 2023, and will occur over six non-consecutive days as indicated below to perform in-line inspection activities.

During the planned activity, receipt locations on the “Top of Diamond” portion of Leidy line “A” will experience periods of physical flow reductions and scheduling limitations on certain days due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned maintenance activity. Transco will utilize the Leidy Line Aggregate Receipt location (1Line Location ID 9007682) to manage the total available receipt quantity. The scheduled quantity at the individual receipt locations that are included as part of the Leidy Line Aggregate Receipt will need to flow non-ratably on the indicated days. The first two in-line inspections will require the affected receipt locations to flow zero for approximately 10 hours of the gas day, and then flow non-ratably over the remainder of the gas day to achieve the total scheduled quantity for that day. For the remaining three in-line inspections, the impacted receipt locations will need to be at zero flow for approximately 18-20 hours, and then flow non-ratably over the remaining hours of those gas days.

The table below indicates the expected available daily quantity for scheduling based on the provided non-ratable flow.

*Subject to change to 200 Mdt depending on analysis of the 07/12/2023 run plus the 7/25/2023 run would be eliminated.  We will provide an update as quickly as possible the morning of 7/13/2023
