* Timeout Feature
A timeout feature for security reasons is used. After 120 minutes of inactivity at our site, your session will expire and you will be logged out automatically. If you also have a timeout feature on your side - like on a proxy server, it is recommended that it be set to at least 10 minutes to insure that your session does not time out while our system is responding to your request.

* An Internet Service Provider will be required when accessing via any means other than by a Direct Connection. Customers may want to consider access via two providers for redundancy purposes.

** Minimum bandwidth recommendations

*** Other operating systems that meet the NAESB WGQ standard may also be used. Please contact your transportation services representative should you plan to use an operating system not identified above.

**** Plug-in
A plug-in is a software program that works with your browser to give it additional capabilities. Acrobat Reader lets you view, navigate, and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files right in your browser window. 1Line reports are in PDF format.
