| Building and Building Services - Pine Needle does not share any building or building services with Pine Needle's Marketing Affiliates. A card key is required to access the office space that the Pine Needle Operating employees occupy in Transco's headquarters building in Houston, Texas. The card key access system prohibits access by Marketing Affiliate personnel to Pine Needle’s Houston facilities. Marketing Affiliate personnel, as with non-affiliated visitors, may enter the office space occupied by the Pine Needle Operating employees after registering with a receptionist and providing identification, but no card key is provided and they must be escorted by Pine Needle Operating personnel. | ||
