Subject: Update: Job #362 CTGS Pipeline Outage

As previously announced, Transco will be performing planned maintenance on its system associated with Job #362 referenced on its 2019 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary.

This maintenance and associated outage is now currently scheduled from September 17 through 30, 2019. The work will isolate a portion of the Central Texas Gathering System (CTGS) 30” onshore pipeline.

The location identified below will be unable to receive gas from Transco during this time. Furthermore, because a portion of the CTGS will be isolated, scheduled quantities with receipts on CTGS south of lateral M.P. 12.48 with associated deliveries north of lateral M.P. 12.48 including the Transco mainline, will be limited to 50,000 dt/d during this period.

In addition, nominations will not be confirmed for any receipt of gas on the Transco mainline, including the Station 30 pool that has a corresponding delivery to any location on the CTGS.

Two new temporary Throughput Section Boundaries (TSB) will be included on a Market and Production Constraints notice indicating the available capacity on the CTGS during this period.
