Subject: Station 515 (Job 223298) 2024 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco will be performing a necessary compressor station outage associated with Job # 223298 on the 2024 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary, which will require Station 515 to be off-line for activity associated with work as part of Transco’s Regional Energy Access expansion project. This planned work is scheduled from April 22, 2024, through May 5, 2024.  

During this period of maintenance, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving west to east through Station 515 will not be available.  

Receipt locations on the REL Lateral will require scheduling limitations during the Station 515 planned outage. The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at REL Lateral milepost 1.0 will be used to manage the total available receipt quantity at ‘B’ Meter Receipt locations during this planned work and will be included on the Market and Production Area constraint notice. Available receipt capacity quantity may be subject to change during the maintenance time frame as system conditions require. 

Receipt locations on the “Top of Diamond” portion of Leidy line “A” will also require scheduling limitations during the Station 515 planned outage. Transco will utilize the Leidy Line Aggregate Receipt location to manage the total available receipt quantity at ‘A’ Meter Receipt locations. Available receipt capacity quantity may be subject to change during the maintenance time frame as system conditions require. 

Operating Conditions resulting from this work may also require Transco to limit primary-firm transportation services moving west to east through Station 515. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions during the maintenance period. Transactions moving east to west through Station 515 will not be impacted.  

The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at Leidy milepost 81.70 (Station 515) may be used to manage capacity availability during this planned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of primary-firm transportation services during the indicated period if needed.
