Subject: Unplanned pipeline segment outage in Zone 6

Transco has experienced an unplanned pipeline segment outage near its Compressor Station 195. The timeline to return this line segment to service is not available at this time.

Operating Conditions resulting from this unplanned outage will require Transco to manage primary-firm transportation services moving north to south through the TSB listed below.. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions and will initially be limited to the quantity indicated below effective Saturday February 10, 2024.

Transactions moving south to north through Station 195 will not be impacted. During this period of unplanned maintenance, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving north to south through Station 195 will not be available.

The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 1674 will be used to manage capacity availability including any required changes to the expected total quantity available during this period. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include this location and the available quantity of primary-firm transportation services.
