Subject: Update Job 945697 and 945698 Station 195 2023 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco has provided notice of planned outages at its Station 195. Job #945697 and Job # 945698 on the 2023 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary will require Station 195 to be off-line for activity associated with work as part of Transco’s Regional Energy Access expansion project. Phase 1 of this work is scheduled from September 6, 2023, through September 14, 2023, and Phase 2 is scheduled from October 2, 2023, through October 8, 2023.

During this period of maintenance, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving north to south through Station 195 will not be available.

Operating Conditions resulting from this work will also require Transco to limit primary-firm transportation services moving north to south through Station 195. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions during the maintenance period but is anticipated to be limited to the quantity indicated below. Transactions moving south to north through Station 195 will not be impacted.

The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 1674 (Station 195) will be used to manage the availability of transportation services during this planned work. This TSB will be included on a Market and Production Area constraint notice.
