Subject: Job #253 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco has provided notice of planned construction activity associated with Job #253 on its 2021 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary. This planned maintenance will require a five-day outage at the Compressor Station 195 facility. The current schedule requires the existing compression facility to be out of service from November 29, 2021 through December 3, 2021.

During this period of construction, non-secondary reverse path (NSRP), secondary FT, and interruptible (IT) transactions moving north to south through Station 195 will not be available.

Operating Conditions resulting from this work may also require Transco to restrict primary firm gas transportation services moving north to south through Station 195. The actual volume impacted, if any, will be contingent on utilization during this period and communicated through an updated Market and Production Area constraint notice prior to the curtailment. Transactions moving south to north through Station 195 are not expected to be impacted.

A receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 1674 (Station 195) will be used to manage capacity during this planned work.
