Subject: Terminate - Outage at Al Cormier Location ID 9011381

As referenced in Transco’s prior critical notice (11373204 & 11501169) on 1/22/21 regarding gas quality issues at the AL CORMIER M3664 (location id 9011381) that violates Section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco's FERC Gas Tariff (GT&C), it was required for Transco to shut in the location due to ongoing repairs from the damages that were sustained during such event and to allow for installation of necessary equipment to mitigate future events. Transco originally anticipated that these efforts would be completed by the end of 2021.

There have been initial interim repairs, where Transco will allow the location to begin flow and nominations starting gas day May 25, 2021. Transco will continue to evaluate and monitor the performance of the location until the full completion of the work.

The below location will be available for gas flow and scheduling for the start of gas day 5/25/2021:
